Manual & Automated QA/Testing in Oracle Applications for a New York based large Insurance company
For a New York based large insurance company, Accelium developed, executed and maintained automated scripts in WinRunner for financial modules (iExpense, AP, GL, FA) in Oracle Applications 11i. The project included both manual and automated testing of existing modules with a goal of automating repeatable processes.
Key activities included:
- Manual and automated testing
- Identifying scripts which are "automatable"
- Executing tests, analyzing results.
- Identify issues and coordinating with functional and technical teams in resolving issues.
- Management status reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis for all modules.
Key Accomplishment: Recommended enhancements to client’s automated test framework, which lead to cost & release cycle improvements in subsequent phases of the project.
